Here is a simple guide to calculate your water requirements -
1 - Take your Weight in pounds
2 - Divide it by 3 to get the amount of water in ounces...then
3 - Divide that number by 8 to get the number of glasses.

eg - weight - 10st 4lbs = 144lbs
Divide by 3 = 48 ounces
Divide by 8 = 6 glasses per day.
